Entrepreneurship
Our small business incubator welcomes budding entrepreneurs, adults with business ideas, as well as unemployed individuals who seek to improve their professional skills and enter the workforce.

Support Center for Business Development and Community Employment (CADEEC)
As part of its commitment to community economic development, P.E.C.E.S. created this initiative in 1999. Since 2022, it has been funded by CDBG DR Funds. Currently, we offer free workshops on small business incubators and accelerators, designed to support the growth of new ventures through expert advice, training, and technical assistance.

Work Experience and Professional Development
At PECES, Inc., the focus on entrepreneurship aims to prepare young people to effectively integrate into the workforce. Through work placements, students have the opportunity to experience diverse professional environments, from government institutions to local businesses, exploring roles and functions that strengthen their technical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
These experiences allow participants to discover their skills and interests, develop responsibility and commitment, and understand the dynamics of a real workplace. Exposure to professionals from different fields also fosters motivation and a sense of purpose, connecting young people with opportunities that contribute to their personal and professional growth.
